Venue, Food, Registration & More!

Venue Bradford Academy, situated off Lister Avenue, Bradford. Please use BD4 7QU in Sat Nav's. Ample parking is available within the school grounds. Please do not park directly adjacent to the school except if you hold a valid disabled badge. Registration & Arrival 7pm-10pm on Friday 18th November 2011 - please aim to arrive at least 1 hour before the course begins for registration. You will be provided with a course binder and wristband. For the remaining days please arrive by 9.30am for a prompt 10am start. Lunch and Dhuhr prayers from 1-3pm and we aim to finish by 7pm insha'Allah. Complimentary tea, coffee, juice and biscuits are available throughout the day. Breakfast will be provided.There will also be stalls selling snacks, books, merchandise, cards etc. Bottled water will be provided. A separate area is provided for mothers with children, benefitting from an audio and visual link. Please register your child(ren) on arrival. Your course binder will be provided but please bring with you pens, pencils, highlighters, laptops, chargers etc Lunch during the weekend will be provided at subsidised costs. Sisters are required to purchase lunch tokens during registrations and breaks before lunch - this minimises queueing times at lunchtime. An Asda store is situated within 10 mins walking distance, on Rooley Lane, BD4 7SR; which also has CashPoint facilities. Qari Uthmaan will open the Friday session with Qur'an recitation. Be sure to bring your iPod or recorders! Travel by Bus: Bolling Hall Road lies on the 621/624 route. Lister Avenue is off Bolling Hall Road. Ask the bus driver for the stop nearest to Bradford Academy on Bolling Hall Road. See box 6H on map:
